crossfit4life:   Coach Brandy being used as a weight for Martin’s pushups WOD - 3rds for time of 500m Row  25 Situps Time: 7:45 I felt really good about this WOD: I had 150-155 500m splits & RPM around 34-35

curly4crossfit: Why do I post pictures of myself? I want y’all to get to know me and understand who I am, what I think, and why I fight.
