I felt really good about this WOD: I had 150-155 500m splits & RPM around 34-35

I want y’all to get to know me and understand who I am, what I think, and why I fight.
I enjoy the sweat and find my heart beginning to race just thinking about today’s WOD. Hoping to inspire others to go GET SOME with me later today. Isn’t it cool how we can all connect and support each other despite our geographic differences???
